It's located at the heart of Pedraza. The renovation of the room was really well done. The wood beams are shiny, the main, double bed is comfortable and the windows are brand new. The floor is heated and there was even a fireplace in our room. The heat works and the bed linings and towels are new. There were several complimentary toilet items, all very nice. The lightening is good too. The single beds in our four-persons room were suitable for kids, but certainly not comfortable for adults. Which is fine because this is how we were traveling: two adults and two kids.

We only stayed one night while visiting Pedraza during the Noche de las velas festival and it was great. Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the big house and it's garden and BBQ facilities.
Boasting river views, LA PORTADA DE ABAJO features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 36 km from Plaza Mayor. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking.

Everything was very clean and new.
The hosts are so kind. The backyard was beautiful to have great time with family.
I would like to come again to have holidays.
Pedraza is quite a beautiful place. You have plenty of other small places around to visit as well. It´s very quiet, but lively, restaurants are all pretty good with reasonable prices. The square is simple, but quite nice, and they also have a castle. Beware big cars, some of the streets are a bit narrow (to be expected for a medieval little town though!)

We lived in Madrid for 3 years and travelled extensively. Pedraza, which we visited frequently, remains our favorite Pueblo in Spain. Our return visit after 14 years was no dissapointment. iIt is just such an fantastic place.

We were greeted warmly and our questions answered about the village, parking etc. and provided with a very interesting audio guide to download The hotel is in an excellent location in a beautifully preserved medieval walled village. Fantastic attention to detail was demonstrated throughout the spotlessly clean hotel. Our room was very comfortable with high-quality towels and bedding. From our balcony, we could watch a stork building a nest just a few yards away.
Lovely, comfortable, clean Hotel with great views from the lounge. Only a few minutes walk to the Castle and main square. We were able to park outside the hotel and unload our bags. We parked at the castle overnight which was free. Very good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.
We visited in February and our room and the hotel was heated well which we welcomed as it was cold and wet outside.
To begin with, we went there with low expectations since we really only wanted a place to sleep while we walked all around. The room was super spacious and had a terrace that was more than what we could ask for. The bathroom was fantastic and for a 2 star hotel, was way more that what we could ask for. The bed was really comfortable and everything was really clean. Would recommend 10/10
Comfortable rooms in a beautifully restored mediaeval house. The hotel is situated in the centre of town and boasts a terraced garden with spectacular views across the surrounding countryside. A bird's eye view of the nearby stork's nest (complete with hatchings) from the lounge was a bonus!
The rooms are nicely done and so is the hotel. The breakfast is nice IF you show up on time. Otherwise they run out of certain things or only restock slowly. The coffee was one of the best I've had in hotels and so was the orange juice.
A total delight. Excellent hotel, super clean, great breafast, great wifi, lovely room with balcony and views. One of the nicest hotels imaginable and at a very decent price.
Very charming rooms in the center of Pedraza, with everything within a five or ten minute walk away. We loved how rustic and quiet the surroundings were.
