Superb room with spa bath. Once you ask reception to activate the bath you can soak sore feet and muscles from walking the Camino. The location was on the Camino and a stones throw from the castle and plaza. There is so much to see and do in Ponferrada and you are spoilt for choice for places to eat and drink. We took a walk into the centre and had a Chinese meal. Wonderful place to stay, just a shame we only had one night as up early for Camino the next day. We would recommend staying for more if you have the time.

The location was excellent for us as we were on Camino Frances. Did not eat or drink at this hotel. The room and beds were comfortable.

Very central location, good sized rooms,good wi FI, parking nearby. Very clean and close to bars, restaurants and cafes. English speaking staff. Check in was excellent thanks to Ricardo (I think that’s his name) he could not have been more helpful, as was the receptionist during day on Saturday & Sunday.

Staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. This hotel is in a fab central location in the old city, yet it's peaceful and calm. Fantastic value for money.

Difficult to review this place. Is a little out of town. So it was quiet. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We spoke with owner on morning of our departure and he was friendly and keen to explain how to get back on to the Camino route. Bike storage in the hotel.
