The host was amazing and helped us with a late arrival. Sent a person to open the gate and check us in to the property. The location was amazing - a slice of heaven in Tuscany. The breakfast was great with a full set of choices with breads, meats and juices and coffees. The lady was very accommodating with refills. It was served in an open area. We met an elderly couple who were travelling from Germany as well and we spent a good 2 hours chatting. This is a must visit location.

Room was in basement. Noise level from work in street outside was supposed to end at 5pm did. Around midnight however came lots of noise from adjacent kitchen (?) to our room. Ruined sleep at we needed to get up at 5am to catch train. Staff great, location great, facility Very Clean, experience for prime purpose SLEEP terrible.
