We liked the place itself. Deep in the forest by the river, therefore very nice and calm. The host (hosts) are very friendly and helpful. The plan of the campsite is perfect - picnic areas are far from sleeping zones (your cabin), so if someone is having a party, it does not really bother you too much. Also, the firewood is free (rare thing in my experience with campings)!

This camping was nothing like we have ever experienced before! The tent we stayed in was enough to fit 4 people. It had comfortable beds, a sofa, and bedding sheets. You sleep comfortably but at the same time in the forest. I was a bit nervous about being disturbed by bugs and mosquitos but the tent was very secure and mosquitoes-free.
The bathroom is super "user-friendly" and has all you need. There is also a shower with hot water, a toilet and a sink. It was nicely decorated with art and cute details.
The kitchen is outside so you can enjoy nature while cooking or drinking some tea. At night we stayed near the fireplace and enjoyed the warmth and cozy atmosphere. In the spare time, you can also walk in the forest and swim in the river next to the camping site. If you like walking, there are also some hiking trails of various distances.
Special thanks to the owner (I think!) we met, a very sweet lady and truly passionate about Glempings Klaukas. You can buy home-made honey and kombucha from her :)
