We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise so if you are trying to plan the same type of stay here is some info I think will be useful. We took an Uber to the hotel from MCO ( $68 and took maybe 40 min). The hotel provides a shuttle to your cruise port ( $15/ person). There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel. From fast food to “nice” restaurants, you won’t have a problem walking to get food. There is also a grocery store that’s an easy walk from the hotel ( maybe 6-7 minutes )for things you may have forgotten for your cruise. The beach is also an easy walk away ( maybe two blocks). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. While it’s not new and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a new hotel, as a place to rest and get organized the night before your cruise it is an absolute no brainer for the price and location. If I were coming to cocoa beach for a week this is the first place I would try to stay because of what you get for the money.

A beach town that makes you wanna soak up the sun and surf some waves. Many interesting restaurants and amenities with friendly staff. I loved the beachy relax vibe. Also, it appeared to be dog friendly; wished I knew this to bring my pup! We loved "Salty Sisters bar and grill", we enjoyed both the food and the ambiance; very laid back. Getting around was easy but you do need to have a car for transportation. Definetely bring a mosquito repellent and sunblock! We did the Bioluminescent kayaking and should've done more research about best locations and time for these, we did not see many comb jelly glow and worse I developed an allergic dermatitis to something in the water. Lastly, we visited the "Kennedy Space Center" and one day was enough to see the facilities (though I am not a space enthusiast).

I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is an older and unkept facility. The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed sunk low and was in need of a new mattress. Old furniture and furnishings in the room. Lamp wasn't working and tv remotes with no back to hold batteries. They had to be replaced.
See pictures below.

Cocoa Beach is a laid back surfer town and is close to Port Canaveral. We stayed here the day before our cruise departure. There are a lot of good restaurants and there is a Winn-Dixie and Publix. The beach is nice and clean.

The rooms were spacious, but the furnature was cheap. The ocean view was good, but rather far away. it was too cold to try the pool. It just wasnt up to to our standards. and there were no pictures on the sight I booked the reservation on.I would not have booked there if there were pictures.

I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful.
I was only at the hotel one night and it was awful. We stayed because it was a short drive to the port. Will not stay again. We had dinner at IHOP, it was not that great. After check-out, we had breakfast at McDonald's. It was as expected. We didn't visit any lical sites.
Everything was perfect for a quiet, relaxing time on the beach. Access to the shore, proximity to the beach, the atmosphere exceeded our expectations ... loved the tiki tables on the deck. No loud parties, noise, or obnoxious crowds. Just peace, tranquility and time with nature. Room was clean, modern, and had ref. and microwave and well updated, (shower was awesome) yet was quaint and unassuming. Staff was wonderful, went the extra mile. This area of the beach is recluse and very beautiful. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!
Staff were super friendly couldn't do enough for us.
Hotel rooms were really big and spacious.
Pool was lovely and warm open late too so we could go out all day and still manage to have a dip.
Breakfast was delicious lots of choice the French toast was my favourite.
My daughter is 3 and she loved playing in the sand. Lots of buckets and spades for her to use and shade too what always helps in the florida weather.
Only 10 minutes from the cruise port.
It looks like the house was prepared for vacation rental not long ago or it's very well kept or both. It was very clean, great quality appliances in perfect working condition. Samsung SmartTVs in both rooms and the living room. Nicely decorated. If there was a supermarket within walking distance you wouldn't even need a car. Walk to the beach, three restaurants and beach rentals within walking distance is all you need for your time in Cocoa Beach.
I love Cocoa Beach suites the rooms area very spacious they feel more like a little apartments instead of just a room I have been there 3 times already this year and planning a few more trips back before the end of the year and I will book my stay with Cocoa Beach suites for sure and I love that the parking area is under cover like parking in a carport keeps the sun from heating up your vehicle.
Gorgeous, roomy place with comfortable beds, modern furniture/decor, incredible location minutes from the beach, excellent value, and in a safe area. Right down the street is a coffee shop and downtown Cocoa Beach, with cute little shops. The staff was really attentive and answered any questions I had immediately. Great stay! Next time we are in the area we plan to rebook (if available).
Lovely location a bit away from Cocoa Beach with the river at the back. We spent some of our time watching pelicans and even spotted a beautiful Osprey. The bungalow rooms we rented were spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is a fantastic roof top deck complete with chairs and tables. We were very happy to find a well equipped laundry room as we had quite a bit of washing to do.
The host, Kirk is extremely accommodating, suggesting where to eat and, the beach location, even left us a note to catch a launch. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all that Cocoa Beach town can offer; the kitchen is very well stocked, and beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available as well.
Thank you, Kirk!
The location is excellent, it is 100m from the pier and 100m from bars & restaurants & shops.
The rooms are adequate and have everything you need. The staff are friendly and keep the rooms clean.
This is not a five star hotel, so don’t expect one for the money that you pay. It is a value for money hotel and I would recommend it.
We loved this place! From our check-in to our departure, everything exceeded expectations. The room had a big kitchen with everything we needed. The location is superb. It's on the beach, close to shops, restaurants, and the grocery store was about 3 miles away. We tried to come back for another night, but they were full.
The hotel is close to everything, shopping, the beach, restaurants. Staff was outstanding. Had a suite and it was nice to have 2 separate rooms. They don't have a pool, but they have a "sister " hotel just about a block away that you can swim at. It needs updating, but it was a good place to stay.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see and do. The property was very clean, stocked well with necessities, and even the bed and pillows were comfortable. If we return to Cocoa Beach, we will return to this location.
Right on the Cocoa beach, our room overlooked the beach and had great sunrise views, the staff are lovely, we were able to check in really early which was a bonus. The room was large and bed extremely comfortable, WiFi Amy good. Breakfast was ok, coffee good. All in all a really good stay
Love all the amenities! Close to cocoa beach, fun swimming, love they let you use surf boards, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc for free!! Beds comfortable and room was perfect for our family! Live music while swimming was awesome and walking distance to yummy restaurants and shops!
Room was fine-clean and large. The beach bar/restaurant was pretty good with outstanding service. And we liked the shop in the lobby for buying coffee, ice creams etc . Great location right on the beach. Not the hotel's fault the weather wasn't great!
I love the laid back vibe, all the cool artsy/bohemian touches, lots of seating/chill areas, hammocks, decks, right on the beach, friendly staff, cozy rooms with everything you need. I wanna live and work there☮️♥️😊
GREAT STAFF, THANKS RAQUEL AND ATTENTIVE FRONT DESK STAFF THE GUY WITH A GOATEE-BEARD, THE GIRL WITH AFRO HAIRSTYLE, THANKS ROOM CLEANER LADIES, THANKS WALKS ON THE BEACH, THANKS PINBALL MACHINES!
