Great facilities and food especially the 3 course lunch menu in the bar which was included instead of dinner if you wanted. Close to everywhere and free shuttle to beach, shopping center and metro. The lady Supervisor of the bar was great and made sure my mum was happy.

The infrastructure of the building and the room were great. The amenities are also in good condition. We were in honeymoon and the staff kindly gave us a room upgrade. Large bed, large bathroom, everything so good. Also, we had some difficulties with the lights and the bags when we arrived, but the staff quickly solved all. Location is also good. Not so far from Metro Station and near to a commercial center very nice.

El Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments está situado en la calle Sheikh Zayed, junto a Dubai Internet City, Media City y Knowledge Village, frente a la estación de metro Dubai... El personal , sobre todo Ali de Limousin, el fue el mejor de todos ,super atento de nosotros , simpre ayudandonos y muy simpatico, gracias a el me senti mejor de mi barriga, Ali acompaño a mi marido a la farmacia para unos medicamentos para mi. Muchas gracias !! Espero volverlo a ver cuando volvamos!!

Este hotel de 4 estrellas se encuentra en Dubái, a 5 minutos en coche del centro comercial Mall of the Emirates y a 10-15 minutos en coche de Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City y Knowledge Village.... It was my 5. time in Dubai, so I can compare the hotels. Once I stayed in Jumeirah Beach Hotel (at that time it was far cheaper than now). This hotel staff, the housekeeping, the room size (it was a 1 bedroom apartment) was absolutely better than in the prestigious Jumeirah Beach hotel. We had a great balcony, the kitchen was totally equipped with the necessary things, and when we needed something, they immediately provided us. In our room the sound proof was excellent, we didn't hear any noise from other rooms. We had a nice view. The pool is fantastic, not overcrowded during the morning hours, although the hotel is between other high buildings, it has sunshine during the whole day, what is unique! What was surprising the superb quality of the towels, the cutlery and the china (Villeroy and Boch). I also liked that the housekeeping didn't interfere my order in the room, they excepted the way how I reorganized the room. So I didn't have to do it again and again, because they let my belongings on that place where I’ve put before (for example in the bathroom, I have my own system). We got 4 bottles of drinking water every day - free of charge. The location is great, about 8 minutes from the Metro station and app. 5 minutes from the Carrefour supermarket. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel (no.84) that takes you directly to the Marina. Thank you for the great experience!
