The staff at the breakfast area in the lounge are superb: Lisa, Candy , Esther, Carrie, Nikki and all were so attentive and mind readers who just present their services with charming smiles and kindness. I've been coming to Guangzhou for many years, and this time was really the best.

The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities are fantastic. I always appreciate a free room upgrade which is always a plus. Breakfast is consistently satisfying and there is always something new to try every day.

During the bustling Canton Fair season, they seamlessly accommodated a change in my booking without any additional costs, a gesture that speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. It's always a great sign when a hotel is flexible and accommodating to their guests' needs. Miss Blair, the sales manager, certainly deserves recognition for making this possible. The rooms were immaculate, providing a comfortable and clean haven to relax in. Truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!
