Very helpful staff. I forgot my Canton badge at hotel and they managed to send it to me at the fair and made it possible for us to enter fair. Thank you everyone especially Manager.

During the bustling Canton Fair season, they seamlessly accommodated a change in my booking without any additional costs, a gesture that speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. It's always a great sign when a hotel is flexible and accommodating to their guests' needs. Miss Blair, the sales manager, certainly deserves recognition for making this possible. The rooms were immaculate, providing a comfortable and clean haven to relax in. Truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!
