Well located and 10min walking distance to the city centre and to Main river, 2 quick subway stations to the Frankfurt Train station. Room was clean and the large bed was comfy and the heating was working well. Fast check in/out and they kept my luggage for free after check out. There are toilets in the lobby too, in case you need refresh before departure. Overall a nice place to stay.

The staff is very helpful and over expected especially the receptionist. I have met 3 receptionist guys and all are excellent.

The apartment was very spacious, we loved having 2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast basket provided by Franca was great. She was an exceptional hostess who was very responsive. We had trouble with the tv and she left audio instructions as well as offering to come and fix it for us. You would be very happy staying here.
