The property itself is situated just a short walk from Nova Icària Beach, offering convenient access to the beautiful seafront promenade. It's in a fantastic location, not only for its proximity to the beach but also for being surrounded by delightful restaurants and convenient supermarket shops. This made dining out and grabbing necessities a breeze, enhancing the overall convenience of my stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about my stay, from the prime location to the comfortable amenities, was outstanding. But it was the owner's hospitality that truly set this experience apart. Being close to nice restaurants and supermarket shops, along with the fantastic accommodation and exceptional hospitality, made my stay unforgettable. Close to the beach, city tour bus stop and metro station. Many restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Manager brought keys in time and was very helpful.

Staff were always helpful and quick to reply to my questions. Staff met us at the apartment, got us checked in early (as our flight landed early morning), showed us around and left a welcome pack. Lovely staff, great service. Beach was a few minutes walk. We could view the sea from the apartment living room. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants within 5 minute walk. Metro about 10 minute walk. Apartment was in great location and quiet
