The personal touch and kindness shown by the owner added a special dimension to my experience that I greatly appreciated. The property itself is situated just a short walk from Nova Icària Beach, offering convenient access to the beautiful seafront promenade. It's in a fantastic location, not only for its proximity to the beach but also for being surrounded by delightful restaurants and convenient supermarket shops. This made dining out and grabbing necessities a breeze, enhancing the overall convenience of my stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about my stay, from the prime location to the comfortable amenities, was outstanding. But it was the owner's hospitality that truly set this experience apart. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests' well-being made me feel right at home. Being close to nice restaurants and supermarket shops, along with the fantastic accommodation and exceptional hospitality, made my stay unforgettable. City Beach hanya berjarak 10 menit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Nova Icaria Barcelona serta berbagai bar dan restoran di Port Olímpic. Accommodation was exactly as described in the listing, and photos are accurate. The apartment is just one in a residential block, so the one you see is definitely the one you get. Everything in the apartment worked, nice and clean, and generally comfortable, even for a bigger man like myself. Our host Marco was great. He was in touch well before our stay to arrange meeting us with keys to check in, and upon arrival was very helpful and told us everything we could possibly need to know about the accommodation and how things work. He even has a guide prepared of recommended local attractions and restaurants based on his own visits, which was very helpful.

Great Value for nice stay !! very nice building friendly staff. I have nice quiet room with cool roommates. Good for solo traveler to make friends :D Bed is comfy and cozy. Walkable to the beach like 1.5-2km

It was bright, airy and spacious! It was in an incredible location just a 10 minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes from the Sagrada familia or the harbour!
