I liked the fact that the property was close to the beach and it had easy transportation access to the city centre. The amenities that SB Icaria offers are amazing from the breakfast to the pool Alex was really helpful thorough my stay at the hotel. From helping me with suggestions on places i should visit to even going above and beyond for me when i asked him to help me capture memories of my first trip to Barcelona by taking amazing pictures. Really made the experience special!

Idyllic apartment in BCN beach er gististaður í Barselóna, 300 metra frá Nova Icaria-ströndinni og 400 metra frá Bogatell-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á sjávarútsýni. We were met on arrival by the hosts, even though it was quite late as our flight had been changed. Everything was explained and keys were handed over. There was good communication before our arrival. The apartment was perfect for us as a family with two teenagers as they had their own rooms. The master bedroom had an ensuite and large walk in closet to store our belongings. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and had a capsule coffee machine as well as a kettle. Lots of seating in the living room and dining table. Bright apartment with lots of windows but also shutters and blinds if you don't want light. You could open the windows for fresh air. There was air con but we didn't use it. We did have the heat on as it was cold outside. The view of the sea was fantastic. We were there for New Year's and had a good view of the fireworks. There are bus stops very close by so it's easy to get anywhere quickly and easily. We bought Hola Barcelona travel cards before our arrival. Or you can walk along the beach into the centre in about half an hour which is a lovely walk. It's also near the Poblenou neighbourhood which is a great area for shopping and restaurants but much less touristy.

Very clean, light and spacious. Air conditioning in all rooms without noise. View of the city in three directions. See view is limited, but still nice. Pool area in case you want a quick swim. Rather short walk to the beach. City center is a 1-2 km walk, so a bit long, but fine for us. Fast response on messages.

The owner Francesc displayed exceptional hospitality and flexibility, making our stay at the property truly fantastic. The location was excellent, and everything was thoroughly enjoyable.

Accommodation was exactly as described in the listing, and photos are accurate. The apartment is just one in a residential block, so the one you see is definitely the one you get. Everything in the apartment worked, nice and clean, and generally comfortable, even for a bigger man like myself. Our host Marco was great. He was in touch well before our stay to arrange meeting us with keys to check in, and upon arrival was very helpful and told us everything we could possibly need to know about the accommodation and how things work. He even has a guide prepared of recommended local attractions and restaurants based on his own visits, which was very helpful.

Set in Barcelona, 400 metres from Nova Icaria, Unite Hostel Barcelona offers accommodation with a restaurant, private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. Location was good. Very Clean and safe!

It was in an incredible location just a 10 minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes from the Sagrada familia or the harbour!
