Carlos was polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed. The bed was huge and ever so comfortable. Loved the breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee. Room was spacious, common areas very nice. A wonderful breakfast was included. The restaurant meal was delicious. The use of the water/soap features was great. I loved the scent throughout the hotel! Staff extremely accommodating and friendly.

The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. The restaurant on site had an excellent dinner, although they were a bit understaffed. The room was large and very comfortable.
