I personally had a bathroom right next to my room so it was almost in my room despite shared with the owner and I think one or two more rooms from the house are being given to tourists. There is also a nice yard on top of the house where you can chill at fresh air with a view.

It was a great accommodation for staying two nights in Seville. The room and bathroom was comfy and clean. We enjoyed the kitchen where we could use the fridge and other equipments. There were bus stops right next to the property. We could get to city centre within 25 minutes. The parking was free and safe right next to the accommodation. That city part was also quite nice because there were more supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby within 800 meters.

Everything was great: the host Maribel is very nice and helpful, good location (even if it's far from the center, you have good public transportation connections). The apartment is situated in a quiet area, in a block of 10 floors and we found a lot of food always available, we never met another guests which is very good in my opinion. Absolutely nothing to complain.
