An absolutely excellent hotel that is not valued correctly at its four star rating: this establishment’s facilities, staff dedication and level of cleanliness are way above the mark - a five star rating would be much more at place. I feel like I cheated them out of what ought to have been a hotel experience of twice the cost. During my seven day stay here I truly felt at home, the staff feels like family and went to great lengths to make me feel welcome, appreciated, safe, clean and generally exceptionally well cared for. Truly great value for money, if you need a home away from home, with class, style, comfort and great taste in decoration - hotel Eldorado is the place to be. I will surely visit again.

Really good hotel. The position is good, 3 min from the metro which connects you with all the city. It is very clean and the room was really comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast has good selection of food.

El Excelsior Batignolles es un hotel con encanto situado en pleno barrio de Batignolles, cerca de la Ópera y Montmartre, y está bien conectado con la red de transporte (las estaciones de Rome y Place... the rooms have a classy vibe.most have a marble fireplace and huge framed mirror beds are comfy with tufted headboards and an accent wall behind the bed with wallpaper. theres tv and a hotpot in the room. I requested a preference for a bathtub and got a huge room with a huge tub and plenty hot water. toilets are in seperate area from tubs and shower. I had a problem with an airbnb rental which I had booked so I booked the hotel for another night and was given a good rate by Ramya and he tried several times to contact my host. The next day Ziame spent a solid hour helping me contact airbnb and eventually spoke to my host and problem was straightened out and I would never have been able to accomplish this without his help . I do not speak French. He was my very patient go between. My problem had nothing to do with the Exselsior hotel and it was very kind of him to provide such assistance. I would definitely come back for a repeat stay here. also location is good on a quiet street a block from Batignolles and a few blocks from lively Place de Clichy.
