The location is superb. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood surrounded by nature with all the commodities for a pleasant stay. The check-in process is very smooth and the way the hosts have set up the guest apartment is very smart and functional. They had a great guide to get around and lots of nice touches to make us feel extra welcome. I especially enjoyed the garden and the fact I could use the jetty to jump into the river. This accommodation really sets the bar very high :) I can't recommend it enough for a visit to Rotterdam.

I absolutely loved the room; it was clean and cozy. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall charm of my visit. However, what truly stood out for me was the observatory/sunroom in the room. It provided a unique and enjoyable space to relax and take in the beautiful views. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended! :)

Exceptionally clean and great services offered. Loved the additions of a hammock, bbq and outdoor space. Views of the river and windmill. The horses and ducks were entertaining and we would definately come back again.

The house was much bigger than expected and had all the amenities we needed for the weekend and more! The property was spotless upon arrival and having a garden to relax in was also a nice added bonus. The beds were super comfy and the we had more than enough space for 4 people. Transport into the centre of Rotterdam was easy and cost efficient, taking only 10/15 minutes by Uber or 20 minutes on the tram, with the nearest stop being just around the corner. Timo was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in town for the Rotterdam marathon again!
