Location was amazing, so close to Central Park, broadway and time square. Not to mention subway stations across the street. Luggage storage was awesome. Their drivers were so much better than taking a yellow cab and it was the same price.

Very centrally located; easy to walk to numerous places including Times Square, Central Park, 5th Avenue shopping, Hudson Yards, and Penn Station. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. A few people saying in reviews that the rooms are small; personally I think they’re fine for size - I’m not sure what people are expecting in a large city. The rooms are spacious enough, with tea and coffee making facilities which were topped up daily. TV had a range of channels; USB plugs for charging devices, plenty of luxury toiletries available. They also held my baggage free of charge on my final day to save me lugging my suitcase around with me.

Wide variety of items for breakfast, salty, sweet and healthy options. The room they gave us was at the highest floor so very nice view of the skyscrapers from our window. Perfect location near midtown and near penn station so very easy to reach everything. Free luggage storage the day we arrive and the day we left. They allow us to have an extra breakfast for free the day we arrive cause we reach the hotel early at 9am.
