It is a rare gem, a tasteful mix of the old and the new (it did actually use to be a foundry).

Clean and comfortable rooms, very central location, great breakfast, very good facilities, polite and helpful staff. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Beliggende i Cape Townâ 1850'erne. Historisk. De Waterkant, Man And Tree House t h e Best Host Ever tilbyder moderne 1-værelseslejligheder med egen forplejning, balkon og udsigt over byen. Last minute booking and was able to check in immediately. Was much appreciated. Very friendly owner. Always a great location in De Waterkant, but despite being close to the bars in the area, it was still surprisingly quiet.

Purple House Accommodations tilbyder 7 ferieboliger med egen forplejning i De Waterkant-kvarteret, blot 2 km fra Cape Town City Center. We received a good reception from Guido & Henk since day one. The house was neat, furnished with everything you need in a home. The location is convenient to everything ie mall, Restaurants, Parks, Beach, V&A waterfront. We stayed for 9 days and felt like home. Parking is on the street but very safe with a security guards day & night. I would recommend the Purple House at anytime.
