Very friendly owner, who told me a lot about Valencia and gave useful tips for visiting. Very good location in the old town. Safe and quiet street, except at the moment of my visit there was reconstruction going on in the opposite side of the street. Clean, functional, stylish and comfortable room with little fridge.

The staff was very polite and welcoming all the time. They accommodated all our requests and helped us with a very early checkin. The location is great. Within 5-10 minutes, you are everywhere in the center, museums, cathedral, churches, bars and restaurants. It is very quiet. The street doesn't any have bars or restaurants and limited car access, so at night you couldn't hear anything All was spotless clean and well thought, and the beds were quite comfortable with a choice of different pillows. It's really great value for money (especially considerig the prices around)

The property was perfect for us. Located between the port/beach and the city. Beside the linear park. Great location with public transport passing the door. Some nice restaurants nearby. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day.
