All villas at the Eleftheria have a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor along with seating area with fireplace. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the upper floor.

Our host was really great, very welcoming and very helpful. The views from the upper balcony are tremendous. It was a nice quiet area a short stroll to the beach. We would definitely book again. Sami is a nice place, we came in July but is wasn,t too busy.

The traditionally built Iliactides Villas are just 500 metres from Sami Beach. They offer fully equipped accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Several shops, a mini market and a restaurant are found 200 metres away.

We had a brilliant accommodation and we loved the villa at the first sight. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. The villa has many spaceful luxury rooms. It was all very clean and the location is amazing. The villa views to the sea and the mountains and has all the modern amenities. It was one of the best accommodations we ever had since we travel a lot, so we will definitely reserve it again for next year! This villa will be our second home.

The house is very beautiful, comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The dishwasher it is a big plus. Beside pictures from presentation, the house has an extra pergola and a bigger outside table. The nearest beach is 2 minutes walk, but has big rocks. Anyway it is a mostly island characteristics, to have this kind of beach. The special slippers are absolutely necessary. The Melisani cave is less than 5 minute walk from house. The village it is near the most spectacular beaches of Kefalonia: Myrtos, Antisamos, Vouti, Fteri. Also it is simple to go in any part of the island from this point, beeing kind of the middle of it. The village it is small, and without a social evening activity. The owners lived next to the house and were very nice and helpful, only when they were requested. ( they helped us to buy olive oil from a local producer, and to book the Covid tests at the Greek clinic)

    The apartment was excellent and very clean. It would have been nice, however, to have some creature comforts included like a welcome bottle of water, laundry detergent for the washing machine and pegs! A coffee pod wouldn’t go astray either!

    Wonderful welcome from the owners when we first arrived - makes such a difference to be welcomed by such warm wonderful hosts. Very clean, well equipped, aircon in all rooms, nice clean kitchen with plenty of space to eat on the balcony. Owners were amazing - so friendly, generous, caring and great to talk to. They couldn’t have done more to make their guests feel so welcome.

    Very friendly host, John's father is a very nice person. He brought me fresh baked pieces of a cake. When I met him in a Café, he came over to me for a speech. I felt very very welcomed. The apartment was very clean, cosy and hast a kitchen. Very good hairdryer.

    I could not imagine a better host than Efi. She is very attentive and always there when help is needed. The apartment ist very clean, modern, spacious and well equipped. A few taverns are in are in the immediate vicinity. Sami with a larger variety of restaurants, shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car or by a 20 minutes walk along the seaside.

    The Villa is stunning with breathtaking views. Very clean, with lots of towels, cutlery etc. the hosts were amazing and on hand if we needed anything. The rooms are spacious and the downstairs bedroom is an excellent addition. At night this place is so peaceful when you want to just sit on the balcony and relax.
