The facilities are simply amazing. It’s a huge property with patios, canal views, restaurant etc. We got an apartment with 2 bedrooms and everything was perfectly clean and working properly. Definitely recommend! It’s located a little off the “city centre” but it’s perfectly walkable.

All the employers were super super nice and helped us with everything they could. They were the sweetest! The location was pretty nice, we were 20-25min away from the centre and 10min away from the train station, which was a priority for us. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathrooms were functional and clean. The terrace has an amazing view too! I will most definitely recommend this hostel to anyone!

We were super happy about this hotel. Friendly Stefano met us there and gave us a lot of valuable information about places to visit and things to do, also the information about local tricks not to get into any tourist trap. The hotel was a bit old (as everything in Venice), but super clean and comfortable. The location is top, central, but not very loud (the windows are new and good sound isolating). The big kitchen in the hotel with all the equipment needed helped us save some money on restaurants. So I totally recommend this hotel and would love to go there again!

Totally exceeded my expectations. The service lady was exceptionally nice and the room I stayed in was clean. No problems at all with what the reviews said. There were no bugs. And there were mosquito lights. The bathroom also has a bathtub. But no hairdryer. I was lucky enough to see my neighbour's kitten downstairs. The location is also particularly good. The people staying with us were interesting too
