Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung, ideal für zwei Personen. Lage am Rande eines Gewerbegebietes, daher nachts und am Wochenende sehr ruhig. Nur 1 km von der holländischen Grenze entfernt. 1500 m von dem neuen Feriengebiet "Hofparken NL" de Bergvennen. Ideale Wandermöglichkeiten und Fahrradtouren in der Umgebung. Ihre Fahrräder können sie sicher in unserer Fahrradgarage verschließen. Lademöglichkeit vorhanden. Für ihren PKW gibt es einen reservierten Parkplatz. Großer Supermarkt nur 500 m entfernt. Zur Innenstadt von Nordhorn mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafe`s nur 3 km. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, mit separatem Eingang über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Eine kleine Außenterrasse lädt an sonnigen Tagen zum verweilen ein.
Cozy little holiday apartment, ideal for two people. Location on the edge of a commercial area, therefore very quiet at night and on weekends. Only 1 km from the Dutch border. 1500 m from the new holiday area "Hofparken NL" de Bergvennen. Ideal hiking and cycling tours in the area. You can lock your bikes safely in our bike garage. Charging option available. There is a reserved parking space for your car. Large supermarket just 500 m away. The city center of Nordhorn with numerous restaurants and cafes is only 3 km. The apartment is on the first floor, with a separate entrance accessible via an external staircase. A small outdoor terrace invites you to linger on sunny days.
