This spacious, dual-level townhome (+ garage) is the perfect beach getaway! Situated in one most desirable locations in NSB, you are mere footsteps from the 17-mile shoreline and tucked on a peaceful street right next to Flagler Avenue. Everything you could want right outside the door! The bright, air conditioned unit boasts 2 queen-sized bedrooms, massive closets, 1.5 baths, fully-equipped kitchen + dining area, private sun deck, washer/dryer, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, beach gear, & garage!
As vacation home owners, we cherish the opportunity to host because we believe in the power of getaway homes. We understand the significance of unwinding, recharging, and finding tranquility in a beautiful setting. Our goal is to create a genuine "home away from home" experience for our guests, ensuring they not only have a place to stay but a place to truly relax and rejuvenate.
Our townhome is located just off of Flagler Ave which is a true seaside street lined with quaint boutiques, galleries, surf shops, restaurants, inns/bars, and more! These charming small businesses make for an unforgettable visit and uniquely depict the beach town of NSB. Oh yeah, and we're located just .2 miles or 1,400 feet from the magnificent beach in New Smyrna! Given our incredible location, the best way to get around is to walk! Enjoy the luxury of being in walking distance to boutiques, juice shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the beach! In addition to commuting by foot, bike rentals are available nearby. We also have a garage that houses 1 vehicle to make for a great way to take a day trip to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Disney World and more!
