An oasis in the middle of the desert! Special architecture that fascinates you and gives you the feeling of tranquility, but more this resort is best represented by the professional and friendly staff. At the entrance, the staff will welcome you with wet towels and treat you with drinks and smiles. They took care of every detail and helped us with our every need (we lost something small and everyone stepped up and found it). We had also reserved a room and they gave us a better room for the same price. The rooms are super clean and beautiful, but the sockets don't work for European chargers, (we had to charge them in the toilet at the socket of a toothbrush). At the check out we mention this fact and they told us that we have an universal charger and they give it to us when we ask for that. (I suggest you ask in advance for it). I advise you to rent a car to go, as it is expensive by taxi as it is far and many taxis do not come to the resort to pick you up (we called several taxi companies and they refused to come to the resort), but the hotel gives taxi options. The manager was very friendly and communicative. Also a big plus for the fact that every time they looked at us they gave us bottles of water, even when we left they gave us 6 bottles of water. I highly recommend the resort.

The service and hospitality were great in all areas, reception guy Hasnat ensured all questions were answered thoroughly!! he welcomed us with warm greetings in the lobby area and he also assisted by opening doors and assisting with our luggage to our room later we met Ms. waiwai she is a very hardworking staff she arranges for us everything and she fulfills our all requirements and she is perfect. Thanks for making our stay wonderful!

Featuring 4-star accommodation, AL HAYAT HOTEL is located in Sharjah, 2.3 km from Al Noor Island Beach and 5.5 km from Sharjah Aquarium. It was a very nice experience. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious. For such a price you can't a better service. Highly recommend.

Location is great, close to one of the lagoons and it was easy to get to main destinations. I liked the beach vehicle we had for a small group for almost all week, it was sort of private. Welcome to Hotel 72 Sharjah Waterfront, where luxury meets comfort in the heart of Sharjah. Situated opposite the corniche waterfront with stunning views of the Khalid Lagoon and Al Nour Mosque. Everything was great especially the staff, very polite and helpful starting from Lama, Princess and other guys in the reception. The other thing I liked more is room cleanness and special thanks to Meqdad who ensured keeping the room clean on daily basis. Highly recommended!
