The hotel is brand new, architecturally perfect, stylish and reeks of old times. It is as if you have returned to the end of the 19th century. Everything is perfectly designed and combined with the modern age. The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

Early arrival and late departure was accommodated without a second thought. Bigger brands could learn a lot from this hotel about how to truly put the customer at the heart of the operation.
