The Schrannenhof is a lovingly restored, 15th-century town house in the centre of Klosterneuburg with excellent transport connections to Vienna. Hotel Schrannenhof offers free WiFi. The staff was very welcoming, attentive and helpful and the hotel had charm. Breakfast was excellent, and even though it was a buffet the staff continually checked that everything was in order and took a personal interest in the guests. The coffee and service were very good. Free parking was available at the rear of the hotel. Access to Vienna couldn't have been easier. The bus leave from outside the hotel and the train station is across the road. Highly recommended, especially if you are visiting Vienna.

At the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can have a paid dinner and in the morning the breakfast will be served there. You can take food from the swedish table or you can ask the cook to prepare something for you on spot. The cook is really good there, I enjoyed the food a lot. The hotel stuff is very helpful and friendly, this is a very big plus.
