Rommene og fellesområdene på Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof ble pusset opp i oktober 2018. Hotellet ligger i Gent, bare 500 meter fra det historiske sentrum av byen. There is actually nothing to not like about the hotel. Most importantly, the staff was so friendly and helpful; at the reception, during the breakfast, at the cafe, house keeping, and so on. It made a big difference. Facilities are top notch, clean, and work well - including wifi. The room was very nice with a nice spacious bathroom. I was on the top floor, and there was a short flight of stairs (4 steps) to get to the sleeping part (this might not be for people who have difficulty walking stairs). Excellent breakfast with a very wide variety of choices. Location is great, very near to the city centre. As Ghent is a very walkable city, it is really easy to get everywhere walking. During my stay it was raining a lot, and the hotel had umbrellas at disposal, which was a very nice touch.
