You can easily feel he tries his best to make his customers feel comfortable and happy . He deserves a Promotion !!The restaurant staff including young Mohammad were so great. we are very satisfied and would recommend this place to everyone especially those visiting Blue mountain ski village. Amazing and exceptional service from staff. Check in was amazing, quick and easy. Saskia from the front desk was very cheerful, patient, funny, pleasant and helpful for even the silliest questions! Location was perfect. Amenities were pleasant and accommodating. View was exceptional! Also received a welcome gift and anniversary card and heart towel presentation on our bed! Thank you for an amazing stay and experience.

Location is excellent, staff are super friendly Room with view and balcony of the ski slope, was excellent.
