Overlooking the ocean, the ZzzzMoose boasts insulated wooden tents with a shaded deck and picnic table. A restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner is located next to this waterfront property. This stay was awesome; the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and made us feel so welcome. We loved how close to the ocean the cabins were so we could walk along the shoreline, and it wasn’t too far of a drive to the Cape Breton trails which we hiked during our stay. The cabin was nice and warm for our winter stay, and the food at the dancing moose cafe was delicious!! We would definitely stay here again :)

Located on the Cabot Trail and 1 km, from Ingonish Beach, this Nova Scotia lodge offers free WiFi. Our 2 night stay here was exceptional! The owners are so friendly, warm and accommodating. They upgraded our cabin which is beyond nice- the rooms were the perfect size, super quiet, cozy and most importantly for me, everything in the space was clean/dusted and spider free! It was obvious that the owners want guests to have a relaxing and worry free time. The wifi connection was very fast- especially compared to the rest of our stays in Cape Breton.

The hut was nestled in the trees, very clean and comfortable. The linen Ton provided was really soft and we had a great night's sleep. We were only there for one night but we made the most of the firewood and had a fire and watched the stars. Breakfast at the Dancing Moose cafe was very good too!

Situated on a hill and overlooking the lake, The Island Inn is conveniently located within 500 metres from shops, restaurants and Ingonish Beach. Really did not expect to live this place so much, it was like a little secret haven. The location and walks round the bay were amazing and on the door step. We loved playing games at night and Tracey and Mike were great hosts. Make sure you ask for Mike's tips sheet, it's really funny and has amazing tips on the trail. (Thanks Mike we would of missed some of the best bits without this).
