Located near Mont Mégantic National Park, Domaine des Montagnais is surrounded by nature and mountain views. Guests can also relax in the outdoor pool. The accommodation itself was wonderful (once I figured out where it was). It was clean, modern, and spacious. Although I didn't need it at the time of year, it was a nice touch to have an electric fireplace. The kitchen had several small appliances and everything I needed. The patio doors look out to the forest, and it was quiet, peaceful, and restful. There was a grill and fire pit, so everything you need to spend the evenings outside. It was also nice to relax in the pool at the end of the day. The studio was basement level of a cabin with an upstairs unit, but it felt very private. I would recommend this as a place to stay, especially if you are visiting the Astrolab.

The location was great, especially for enjoying the night sky since there's an observatory nearby. The chalet was furnished, they had also provided us with clean towels (a lot of them!). The kitchen was fully furnished (we simply brought our food and it was enough).
