From the pristine lobby to the well-kept gardens, it was clear that they take great pride in ensuring a top-notch guest experience. Our suite was nothing short of luxurious. The elegant design, coupled with the cozy fireplace, created a delightful ambiance that made us feel like we were indulging in a five-star retreat. The large balcony provided a picturesque view of the tranquil river, making it a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evenings. The pool area was a definite highlight of our stay. With its sparkling clean waters and comfortable loungers, it quickly became our go-to spot for relaxation. The poolside service was impeccable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect day under the sun. Overall, this hotel was the crown jewel of our Canada trip this year. The combination of friendly staff, impeccable maintenance, stunning suite with a fireplace and balcony, and the superlative pool area left us with memories we will cherish for a lifetime. We can't wait to return and experience this slice of paradise once again!

Doté d'une piscine intérieure et d'un toboggan, cet hôtel est situé à côté de l'aéroport de Courtenay et à 1 km du centre-ville. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel and found it excellent. Its quality exceeds many 4 star hotels. Attractive lobby and dining areas. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. We could open the window rather than relying on aircon. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Our family loved the indoor pool and slide. Staff had good eating recommendations. I would happily stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Cet hôtel de Colombie-Britannique se trouve à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons du détroit de Géorgie. The room was newly renovated and everything was brand new and the shower was incredible. I could have stayed in that shower all day :)

Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre ou dans la salle à manger fut délicieux, et joliement décoré. Je recommande vivement.

The hosts Shirley and Bob are very friendly and nice. We enjoyed the tour of flowers and vegetables garden.

Gorgeous hostel, very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Cute little guest garden where we sat and listened to a concert being hosted next door. Great community. Made me want to move in! I was really sad I only booked one night. Lots of interesting things to do around the place, amazing local trails, restaurants and a local museum. Highly recommend a visit to Cumberland and this hostel, it was one of my trip highlights.
