From the moment we checked in, the hotel staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist with anything we needed. Their attentive and friendly service made us feel right at home. The hotel's attention to detail in maintaining the property was evident throughout our stay. From the pristine lobby to the well-kept gardens, it was clear that they take great pride in ensuring a top-notch guest experience. Our suite was nothing short of luxurious. The elegant design, coupled with the cozy fireplace, created a delightful ambiance that made us feel like we were indulging in a five-star retreat. The large balcony provided a picturesque view of the tranquil river, making it a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evenings. The pool area was a definite highlight of our stay. With its sparkling clean waters and comfortable loungers, it quickly became our go-to spot for relaxation. The poolside service was impeccable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect day under the sun. Overall, this hotel was the crown jewel of our Canada trip this year. The combination of friendly staff, impeccable maintenance, stunning suite with a fireplace and balcony, and the superlative pool area left us with memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Its quality exceeds many 4 star hotels. Attractive lobby and dining areas. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. We could open the window rather than relying on aircon. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Our family loved the indoor pool and slide. Staff had good eating recommendations. I would happily stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Sherry e Bob sono due persone splendide e offrono ai loro ospiti una casa a dir poco perfetta: ampia, pulitissima, calda, dotata di qualsiasi cosa uno possa immaginarsi, con patio bellissimo dove rilassarsi sorseggiando una birra. Al piano di sopra, la camera da letto è una piccola gemma con un letto comodissimo. Il migliore soggiorno nel nostro lungo viaggio in Canada

Situato a Cumberland, sull'Isola di Vancouver, questo ostello storico ristrutturato offre un deposito per mountain bike e un negozio di biciclette. Gorgeous hostel, very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Cute little guest garden where we sat and listened to a concert being hosted next door. Great community. Made me want to move in! I was really sad I only booked one night. Lots of interesting things to do around the place, amazing local trails, restaurants and a local museum. Highly recommend a visit to Cumberland and this hostel, it was one of my trip highlights.

Located in Courtenay in the Vancouver Island region, Valleyview has a garden. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The place was spotless and had everything we could need or want. Hosts were very responsive. Would certainly stay again.
