Very big room with good wifi connection. Free parking if you do self-parking. Good breakfast and dinner buffets, although quite pricey, as always in Quebec. The lobby is really impressive with its 6 fireplaces and huge volume. Interesting wood architecture with a roof culminating at 25 meters. The hotel is ideally located along the Outaouais river, in a very large parc with old trees. Charming, even in the winter months. The Omega Park with its dozens of wild animals walking free around the cars is just 5 minutes away from the hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and it provided all the necessary amenities. The staff members were extremely polite and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check-in early, and the whole process was smooth. I would highly recommend this hotel to both friends and family. I am already looking forward to my next visit. The affordability of the hotel is a major plus, and everything you might need is conveniently located nearby in case you choose not to avail of their breakfast or additional services. From shopping malls to restaurants, everything is within reach. My stay was truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the fact that you can still enjoy a luxurious hotel experience without needing a credit card. The flexibility in payment methods was a great convenience - they accept cash for incidentals and debit cards for the hotel charges. Having these options was a big plus for me.

Excellent customer service given by Daniel and Mohd Al Amin. We were very pleased to see that our rooms were very clean and things were done up as requested. I expected the swimming pool to be at a comfortable temperature but unfortunately it was cold for kids to swim. The inside hotel facilities were very clean and breakfast was great.

I enjoyed the breakfast, there were many choices and it was delicious. I liked that there were many towels in the washroom. I was glad that the curtain covered all the light from outside. It is also near Ottawa and I like vibes of the neighbourhood. There was also a good burger place nearby.

We find it really clean, and the staff is really good. Right from check-in to check-out it was a smooth process. Location is good with everything accessible.

we did not have a time to go and eat at restaurant, or drink, but we did a tours. It was very nice. next time we will seat a eat and drink. aiso, we liked the location, it is just off the highway .

Everthing except the price but was still worth it! We would have liked to book the suite for the whole weekend but was too expensive! 😔
