Good location, ten minutes walk to the waterfront. The hotel was built by an Italian expat; he turned the place into a real pearl. Try to book a room on the fourth floor. We were in room 407. I liked the age of it and the appropriate furnishings, especially in the lounge area. Whatever upgrading has been necessary has been done in such a way as to retain all its original charm. I also love the neighborhood with its well-restored Victorian houses.
