Amazing mountain view from the room's window (family suite). Had a lovely evening walk in the area. Food is delicious - everything fresh and tasty. Very good beer and their cheese soup is to die for! Breakfast was plentiful - we had more than normal portions because of how good everything was! I slept really well - it was very quiet in the room and pitch dark. Comfy beds. Would come back!

The service is best in class - kudos to Petra for finding us a table when arriving late, and for the great service! The rooms are renovated and very comfortable.

In the centre of Herisau and a 6-minute train ride from Sankt Gallen, the 3-star superior Hotel Herisau was completely renovated in 2016 and provides a sauna, a fitness centre and a restaurant serving... The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was big and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
