Just 300 metres from the Maschgenkamm Cable Car, the Cristal Hotel is right next to the slopes and a ski lift of the Tannenboden/Flumserberg Ski Area. Presented with a nice welcome drink on arrival. Gifted many discount vouchers for ski equipment rental, ski lessons and ski passes. Staff were friendly and made nice recommendations on surrounding local restaurants.

Situated amid a breathtaking mountain scenery on the shores of Lake Walen, Marina Walensee Hotel can be found right at the cable car station, providing access to the Flumserberg ski area. The view here was absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on our balcony was amazing & relaxing. The front desk staff was super friendly, welcoming & helpful.

Family-run since 3 generations, the Restaurant Knobelboden can be found in the charming village of Oberterzen high above the Walensee lake. Charming location, great view over lake, close to mountain skiing, wandering and biking routes - Switzerland at its best!

The Hotel Schifffahrt can be found in Mols, right on Lake Walen, and offers you fully equipped rooms and great food. It is and ideal base for water sports and for skiing on the Flums mountains. Staff are really helpful and responsive. I asked for a ice pack and the receptionist actually organised the kitchen staff made one for me using ice blocks and sealed plastic bag! Fantastic mountain and lake views from the balcony of the room! Can't complaint :) Love the restaurant! We had dinners there for five nights and were never disappointed!

The host Linda,🙂added additional value to the place with her cheerfulness, kindness, reception, high professionalism, and helping us with everything we needed. She was like a tour guide for us.
