Set in Au, 21 km from Museum Rietberg, No1 Art B&B offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The place is very unique and exceptional. The manager Arne is extremely friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was not ready so he made us feel very welcome with complimentary coffees and teas. He gave us advice on places to visit and a personal tour of the shop and it should have been his day off. Sven looked after us every morning for Breakfast, which was always freshly made according to our order and we got to hear some interesting stories from him. Overall an amazing base to explore the Zurich area and if we could rate Arne, his team and the hotel any higher we would. Thank you for looking after us and making our stay so comfortable.

Set in Schmerikon, Strandhotel Schmerikon has a garden and a terrace. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Fantastic views, peaceful, with a lot of nature around, birds singing, flowers blooming, friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, modern style, very nice terrace, little coffee corner in the room, great food at the restaurant, and view at the beautiful sunset

We were in the area for a sports competition but wanted to be near the historic district. The location was absolutely perfect. Great food and sightseeing in walking distance and the staff was very knowledgeable of the area.
