The Art Deco Hotel Montana offer rooms as well as luxurious spa suites with panoramic views of Lake Lucerne, the city and the Alps. Almost everything. Decor was elegant and modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowed us late checkout and sent up amenities very fast. Room with balcony had amazing view. The funicular was also very convenient since the hotel is a bit up the hill. It actually very nice because the view is better higher up. Bathroom was very well equipped even with a nice hairdryer.

Located at the summit of Mount Pilatus at 2,132 metres above sea level, the Hotel Bellevue is reachable by aerial tramway or the world's steepest cog railway in summer. Very good choice available at breakfast, and the four course included dinner was excellent. A set menu, with limited choices, but they were sufficient. The beef main course available on the second night menu was exceptional. The waiting staff are friendly and attentive, as was reception. The views when the weather cleared were stunning.

Hotel molt ben situat per visitar Lucerna. Es troba al centre, a 1 minut del llac i a 9 minuts de l’estació de tren. El restaurant de l’hotel ofereix, a més de la carta, una sèrie de plats del dia molt bons i amb una gran relació qualitat-preu. L’esmorzar, servit al mateix restaurant, és molt complet i variat (em va agradar especialment la selecció de formatges suïssos i que hi hagués molta fruita fresca i pans diferents). A més, vam tenir un petit problema de salut i els de l’hotel es van adaptar i ens van ajudar moltíssim.

The view from my balcony was spectacular!!! The room itself was also nice and exceptionally clean. The bed was also really comfortable. There is a big terrace with the same wonderful view. The young woman at the desk in the morning was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, offering stunning views that truly took my breath away. I fell in love with this hotel. Right on the lake, with lively terrace for breakfast, drinks/tea, dinner. By great good fortune, I had a corner room with a huge terrace. Truly, I did not want to leave. Clean, spacious, comfortable, great shower/tub! And views, views, views!!! Please read in the "negative " section where I refute some others' negative reviews. I'm already planning my next trip!!!
