The room was so spacious with a cute little garden. The view to the alpine mountain was amazing. It was quiet, close to the nature, the lake view amazing. I even liked the smell of the cows. And the Spa was so good. I’ll come back for sure.

The modern Hotel Krone is just a 5-minute walk from the banks of Lake Lucerne and Buochs Ferry Port. It features 2 restaurants and a summer terrace with garden lounge. The breakfast items were good, variety and selection was great. Alex was very friendly and accommodating when I needed anything. Will definitely stay here again.

The Seehotel Pilatus is situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne. It offers a large indoor pool, a hot tub, and free Wi-Fi. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms provide mountain views. Ever since my first visit to this hotel way back in 1961, I have witnessed how the continuous enlargement of the hotel has gone hand in hand over those 62 years with the many improvements made and how well this has all been achieved without the hotel losing any of its original charm. The hotel's location on the shores of Lake Lucerne is second to none, the spotlessly clean rooms now all beautifully renovated and most with fabulous panoramic lake views, the new pool & wellness area exceptional, the food in the restaurant top notch and the attitude of the staff totally admirable. A welcome surprise, seeing as the weather was not the best during my stay, was the availability of several UK television channels on my room's huge flat-screen TV.
