Beautiful grounds. The staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. Literally anything we felt we needed, they were able to help us get. We felt very well taken care of here. From organizing incredible guides, to helping with rentals, to accommodating dietary needs, the staff were always above and beyond.

Tours to visit all the main sites around the island can be scheduled through this hotel. Benjamin & his staff are very mindful of everything you need.

It was perfect being on Main Street. The bakery next door was yummy and a short ask to great restaurants down the street on the water with fabulous views. The beds were comfortable. Quiet.

The place is hidden behind a large gate wrapped in passion vine. The units with separate entrances are concentrated around a paved yard where it's nice to sit in the evening and watch the stars. I loved the thatched roofs! Our room was equipped with a ceiling fan and a fridge, everything was neat and tidy. We did not order breakfast, but it was available upon request. Chez Hiwa is located on a quiet street, 10 minutes from the town centre. Ahu Tahai, famous for its sunsets, is 12-15 min by foot.

It's difficult knowing where to stay in Rapa Nui and I was lucky to have a friend recommend this lodge. Im so glad we went, from the moment they picked us up at the airport, we felt welcomed and cared. It was a very special arrival. Throughout the stay, they were always willing to help, incredibly friendly and caring. It's a family owned lodge and you see the parents and their kids working all together to make it a great place. They provided conversation when we felt like talking and let us do our own thing when we felt like simply relaxing around. The breakfast is cooked by them with love. The fruits are from the trees in their garden and the jams are homemade too. You could feel the love in everything they provided.

An outdoor swimming pool and bungalows surrounded by gardens can be enjoyed in Hanga Roa only a 5-minute drive from Mataveri International Airport. Even on the middle of the Pacific, the room was plenty of things that you need for the stay. And above all, the staff was incredibly nice. Especially the Japanese lady who welcomed us from the beginning throughout the stay was so nice.
