She had great recommendations and was very welcoming. The hotel had a very intriguing but comfortable style and the breakfasts were always so delicious! The use of shipping containers to construct a hotel is absolutely amazing. (4 floors high!!) I loved reading the history of the creator of this design - a New Zealander who got his idea after the 2011 earthquake in Auckland, when the city resorted to repurposing/reusing what they had to rebuild structure. I wandered around for my first 3 hours on the property, just taking photos, with my mouth agape, in awe. The complimentary breakfast, was one of the best I've ever eaten ANYWHERE. So many choices, such delicious home-made granola, all just extraordinary. The plants, the combination of colors, everything was just awe-inspiring. Also, the support staff, were incredibly kind, helpful, and English-proficient. They went out of their ways to be helpful, which I very much appreciated as a 71 year old woman.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was a stunning escape and close by to the vineyard we were visiting for a tour. It was a lovely place to sit back and relax and enjoy the surrounding.
