Very close to the historical centre, just across the street, with plenty of perfect traditional restaurants, breweries and pubs.

The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It had a mini fridge and a kettle. The mattress was heavenly and the towels were fluffy and absorbent. As our dog is part of the family, it was nice that the hotel is pet friendly.

Garni hotel Castle Bridge offers pet-friendly accommodation in Český Krumlov. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area, as well as air-conditioning. We booked the ground floor which gave us direct and private access to the river. It was a real treat. I also appreciate when the toilets have spray hoses and that the hotel was very near the car park.

The family-run Hotel U Kaplicky is a 10-minute walk from the Old Bridge in the historic royal town of Pisek. All rooms are en-suite and they come with wooden furniture and work desks. Really friendly staff. Very kindly upgraded our room. The room itself was spotless with modern furnishing. Large selection available at breakfast. Can't fault it. Definitely the best place we've stayed in in the Czech Republic. The town itself is beautiful too without many tourists, so one of the hidden gems in the Czech Rep that the hordes of tourists don't yet know about.
