Great location right on the cross-country skiing, hiking and biking trails. Nice restaurant, very good breakfast and modern regional cuisine. Very friendly staff. World famous owner.

This hotel is located in the spa town of Oberwiesenthal, a 5-minute drive from the border with the Czech Republic. Hotel is great. 5 min from Ski Lift. Food was very good, parking nearby the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back, once we visit Oberwiesenthal again :-)

Located in Kurort Oberwiesenthal and with Fichtelberg reachable within 70 metres, Fichtelberghaus provides a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a terrace. What a view! Incredibly luxe for €67. Had a great hike around the mountaintop.

Huge room, with a sort of lounge beyond bedroom. Near to railway station. Good to revisit traditional family German Gasthof, that is all things: restaurant, bar, hotel etc. Quiet, although I suspect the main tourist season is through winter.
