They are super friendly, efficient and accommodating. The spa is great and clean. Only thing missing as we went in summer is a pool.

Everything surpassed our expectations: staff super friendly, hotel clean and beautiful, amazing view to the mountains, room bigger than expected, good breakfast. We even got baby items although we did not requested them.

Incredibly helpful and responsive. They even prepared breakfast an hour earlier than usual for me, since I had an early train. The restaurant was fantastic, especially the homemade vegan burger. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location, while a bit rural, was beyond beautiful (as is the Allgäu in general).
