Located in Olot, 29 miles from Dalí Museum, Hotel Olot Centre has accommodations with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The hotel is an efficiently run place to stay, the breakfast was very good and the staff were always on hand to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and felt very welcome, definitely a place we will return to. Some really good places to eat very close.

Mas Pere Pau is located in the natural setting of Bruguers, in Besalú, 5 minutes' drive from the city center. It offers well-equipped apartments, studios and rooms with mountain and garden views. Incredible place, quiet and beautiful. Our host was great and her cooking was delicious.

Located in Sant Aniol de Finestras, 17 miles from Girona Train Station, ECOTurisme Can Buch HOTEL provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This was the highlight of our trip. The hotel, the staff, the peaceful surroundings, the farm animals, the hiking, the pool, the food. Everything was spectacular, we did not want to leave.

Located in La Vall de Bianya, 25 mi from Girona, Hotel Mas la Ferreria features an outdoor pool and views of the mountain. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was absolutely delicious. Views are beautiful and facilities were great. Definitely will return in the future

Set in the Alta Garrotxa countryside, 12 mi from Olot, Can Pei is a farm stay with an outdoor pool and bar. This rustic-style stone property has cozy rooms with mountain views. Cozy atmosphere, great location and welcoming stuff :)

Hotel Rural & Spa Mas Prat is located in the mountain town of Castellar de la Muntanya, just outside the Garrotxa Nature Reserve. The view was extraordinarily beautiful. Breathtaking. The pool was lovely and clean. We can definitely recommend it.

This cozy property occupies two houses from the XV century surrounded by beautiful countryside and located just behind the city walls of the 'old town' in Santa Pau. It was out second stay at Cal Sastre. The first one was in 2017 and it left great memories. The second time was not different. We were warmly received by Eva, owner and manager of the hotel. Eva is tireless to help you with anything you can possibly imagine. She handles the hotel and takes care of the breakfast. The rooms are cozy and very clean. Great atmosphere! The restaurant is handled by Eva’s husband, Jesus. What to say about the food? Well, people come from Barcelona to eat at the restaurant. Jesus prepares the best gin tonic ever and will surprise you with all sorts of drinks, “amuse bouches” of all types and a great, really tasteful food. You just feel at home with Eva and Jesus. Looking forward to the next time!!

Housed in a 15th-century mansion, El Ventós is set in an estate in Garrotxa National Park. It features a swimming pool, rooms with balconies and free Wi-Fi access throughout. It's been a while since I've given a place the highest rating, but this one deserves it. When we drove up the forested mountain in our car, we did not expect that after a few winding kilometres, we would reach a paradise. Of course, we immediately noticed the beautiful mountain panorama, which looked even nicer in the rays of the setting sun. The greatest thing, however, is the accommodation itself: a historic, renovated building in which every element has been refined to the last detail with a unique sense of aesthetics. A beautiful living room with sofas and a bar, well-preserved rafters, an antique piano, lots of rustic decorations, and matching materials and colours. It felt like another world there. Let's add a very nice receptionist, delicious food in the hotel restaurant, very friendly cats and five cheerful Saint Bernard dogs - and we have a recipe for success. We will be happy to return there.

Located in the heart of medieval Besalú, 1-minute walk from Plaça de Sant Pere, Hotel 3 Arcs offers modern rooms with a satellite TV. The communication, location, simplicity and overall experience. Cozy common area to have breakfast with a fridge to store some items. Noelia was extremely attentive to help, provide suggestions and quick with her response time.

Els Jardins de la Martana can be found in the historic center of Besalú, next to the famous Romanesque bridge. It has free Wi-Fi and mountain views. Beautiful and well maintained and friendly staff - especially Manager/ receptionist
