Set in Hārer, 2.7 km from Ras Mekonnen Statue Father of Haile Selassie, Winta Hotel offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. The employees were extremely kind and accommodating - they arranged a shuttle to and from the Dire Dawa airport and were very flexible with us as we changed our plans a few times. The room was clean, and the wifi was shockingly fast (faster than our apartment in Addis!) and we had a router directly in the room. The balcony gave a beautiful view over the city. The hotel is in the new city, so take a bajaj to get to the old city/gates - this'll run you ~$1 and 5 minutes.
