Everything! We arrived late and had trouble finding the place in the dark. But once we got there, we loved it! Beautiful location in a quaint English village. Good size room, clean, warm and comfortable. Continental breakfast with plenty of choices - fruit, yoghurt, bread, cereal. Location - 20 mins from Honiton and Taunton.We had our own private entrance and bathroom. Glad we stayed there! Highly recommended.

For our family it was nice to have a break and be able to relax in our own environment which this enabled us to do. Amazing views in every direction with lots of wildlife including deer. Well furnished and equipped with everything you could need plus a bonus of prosecco in the fridge. Friendly but unobtrusive host. Fresh eggs from chickens and guinea fowl in mornings. Really good wifi so no problems working whilst there - coped with Teams video calls with no problem.
