The Yewdale Inn and Hotel Coniston Village is a situated in the centre of Coniston, within the Lake District National Park. Travelling to the Lake District we booked this place in a last minute and I was really surprised with the extremely good room, breakfast and stuff attitude.

Located in Coniston, just a short walk the to village centre, The Apartments Coniston features apartments, each containing lounge, dining and kitchen areas. This was a great apartment in a perfect location. Very comfortable and well laid out, and beautiful views from our windows.

Offering a barbecue and views of the mountains, Wheelgate is set in Torver. Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Certain rooms feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Super friendly and engaging hosts. Extremely clean & well equipped room - bathroom very new - for me fantastic bed. Also very cozy shared living room area. Enjoyed the dogs & cat. Even provided gluten free bread & dairy free margarine for me. Would recommend to anyone who is happy to have a bit of a walk to town or to the lake.

Located in the lakeland village of Coniston, Meadowdore Cafe B&B offers free WiFi access and free on-site parking. The B&B was very cosy and I thought Frances was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with her about the area.

Situated in a quiet corner of the English Lakes, the Bluebird Lodge offers free private parking and free Wi-Fi in public areas. It is just 15 minutes’ walk from the village of Coniston. Our stay was brilliant, excellent location between Coniston old man and the lake. The hosts were super lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and just what we needed for two nights. Breakfast was lovely and tasted great. Can not recommend enough!

What a wonderful view from the excellent patio with an elevated tranquil position overlooking Consiton water in the distance. Sitting on a warm June evening gazing out over the view and sipping a glass of wine - life doesn't get much better.
