The room was clean and a good size, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

The location is just in the centre. The bath was gorgeous. The staff is brilliant. And the food is fresh and delicious in the restaurant. Many thanks for such a lovely birthday stay!

Crossways is nestled in the heart of Somerset, at the foot of the Mendip Hills, 4 miles from the city of Wells. Staff were so helpful. They had a good knowledge of the community and every referral they gave was wonderful!

Situated in England's smallest cathedral city, The Swan provides excellent accommodation and hotel facilities. The Swan makes an ideal base for exploring Somerset. The Cathedral room was amazing. The location was perfect. Great for exploring Wells. The magnificent Wells Cathedral was opposite the hotel. Our room looked straight out onto it. Amazing!
