The room was clean and a good size, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

The location was perfect. Great for exploring Wells. The magnificent Wells Cathedral was opposite the hotel. Our room looked straight out onto it. Amazing!
